5 Years Already?

I can't believe I totally forgot about my surgery anniversary! 5 years. Wow. I usually eat a steak on March 20th, but I forgot! I have to say that having the gastric bypass surgery Was the best decision ever. I can't imagine running around with Tristyn At almost 300 lbs. I have so much energy to play now. I can fit in small places. Tristyn and I can fit into the bathtub together. I'm excited to buy a bathing suit this year So that we can play outside in the sun! One thing I still haven't done since my surgery Is replace my complete wardrobe. I just haven't had enough money. I still have some big clothes here and there that I really need to dump. My friends Sarah and Myra dragged me into Banan Rupublic to try on dresses. They got mad at me because I would pick out size 14 clothes. They kept yelling at me to go smaller. It turns out that I actually wear a size 10. Yikes! So, my goal for this year is to go shopping. Get some new clothes. Actually look my size. And to keep my weight around 160.

There are two types of techniques in Gastric Bypass surgery in Thailand. They include: Roux-en-Y-gastric bypass (traditional and laparoscopic) and Biliopancreatic diversion bypass.

Wow congratulations! How did you manage to maintain and not bounce back on your weight before? I was on mini gastric bypass no-surgery program since I am aichmophobic so I can't do the surgery. Good thing I found another route to weight loss and that is my weight loss program. It's not as huge as losing weight by surgery but important thing for me is I'm losing weight until now. All the success to those who are in a weight loss journey!
